Fabrication

Our Fabrication Facility uses state of the art CNC technology.  Every piece is labeled with a barcode, bundled on skids or trailers to clearly identify and easily assemble the structure.  For more complex structures, I strongly suggest taking advantage of my installation expertise.

On the other side of the spectrum of fabrication, I work with landowners to utilize what grows in their backyard.  Hand peeled, live edge, hand hewn are all part of finishes I offer on hand cut projects.

We offer tight delivery windows with clearly defined milestones.  The more complex and custom the project becomes, the more crucial transparency becomes. 

We fabricate structures from a variety of wood species, Doug Fir being the crowd favorite, Beetlekill Colorado Fir, Spruce or Pine, Mixed Oak, White Oak, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Western Red Cedar, Recycled Timbers are all readily available.  Got a personal favorite?  A quote will show its feasibility.  

All cut timbers ship with end seal wax applied.  Oil, wire brushed finish, rough sawn or hewn finishes are all available and we have a very clear cost structure so any and all cost are known upfront.
